PRAYER FIRST
As followers of Jesus, we know that we are dependent on God to be able to live the Christian life that the Bible prescribes as glorifying and pleasing to God. We practice dependence through prayer. This is why we want to prioritize praying together as a church family.
Prayer First is our monthly prayer gathering. Whether you’ve been following Jesus for many years or are new in this journey; whether you are comfortable praying in a group setting or are not totally sure how to pray privately… we invite you to join us as we humbly pray together for our church, for our community, and for each other.
For the Month of May, we will have our corporate prayer gathering on Sunday, May 19 immediately following the Sunday Morning Worship Service. It will be a special time to have lunch together, followed by a training and opportunity to prayer walk in the neighborhoods around Platte River Academy. Please sign up to give us a head count for lunch.
